Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD and shown tax free. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Product Information

We describe products accurately and note sizing requirements (20mm band width, case diameter, water-resistance ratings) on every product page. It's your responsibility to confirm band width and fit before ordering.

Warranty

Devices carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your 30-day return window. Warranty claims: support@dyanaa.us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Dyanaa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including allergic reactions to materials (full material lists are on each product page) or damage from improper care. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We'll always try to resolve issues directly first — email support@dyanaa.us before filing a claim.
